I.緒言
1948年Hallermannはbird-faceを伴つた先天性白内障を2例初めて報告している。この疾患は特異な症状を呈し,且つ,まれな疾患である。最近私は同様な症例を1例経験したので,ここに報告する。
A report is presented over a case of man-dibulofacial dysmorphism observed in a fe-male child of 10 years of age. The chief fin-dings consisted of bird face, hypotrichosis, atrophy of the skin, dental anomalies, micro-phthalmia, congenital cataract, horizontal ny-stagmus, iris atrophy and glaucoma. Examina-tion of chromosomal pattern of leucocytes showed normal findings.
While the patient showed ectropium of eye-lids and there was lack of nanism, the above findings are regarded as characteristic of man-dibulofacial dysmorphism of Hallermann type.
