網膜中心動脈圧（以下CAPと略す）を血糖の面から観察した。
Blood pressure of the retinal vessels and introcular pressure were studied in diabetes mellitus.
1) The correlation between blood pressure and retinal blood pressure was γ=0.13 in diabe-tes mellitus without retinopathy (N-Ret) and γ=0.29 in retinopathy.
2) Blood pressure-retinal blood pressure ratio (BP/cap ratio) was approximately 50%, in reversed proportion with blood sugar values.
3) Average value of fasting CAP showed a positive correlation with blood sugar valuein non-hypertensives in both N-Ret and Ret groups, while an inverse correlation was noted in hypertensives.
