重症性について2〜3の点から考えてみたい。
（1）重症が，混合Ⅲ型＞基本型であるのは若年♀（終）（5年以上），老年♀（5年内）であるが，この際若年♀のみⅢ型で履歴性がある。
1. In group afflicted within 5 years, the severe cases were found in large incidence in the female cases (senile, at the final exa-mination, juvenile, at the initial examination) and type III was observed in great numberin the male cases (both senile and juvenile). In group afflicted over 5 years, type III and severe cases were found more frequently in the female cases (juvenile).
2. Type III was found in large incidence in the severe cases (juvenile male and female and senile female) and severe cases occurred in great number in type III (juvenile and se-nile female).
