トキソプラスマ症の実験的研究—II．眼疾患とトキソプラスマ抗体保有率との関係

Experimental Studies on Toxoplasmosis.:II. Relationship between the Toxoplasma Antibody Titer and Ocular Disease

I．緒言

　わが国における眼トキソプラスマ症（以下Tp症と略記）の存在は，1954年生井ら^1）が中心性滲出性網脈絡膜炎の患者の髄液よりTp原虫を発見して以来注目されはじめ，近年特にその研究が活発となり，先天性，後天性ともにTp症の中で眼Tp症の占める役割の大なることが一般に認められてきている。しかしながら眼組織よりの虫体検出がほとんど不可能であるため，眼Tp症の診断に対する決め手となるべきものがなく，現在なお推定診断にとどまつているにすぎない。

　Tp症が眼科領域で発症する場合，なんらかの特異的病巣を示すものかどうか，あるいはまた特異的所見がなくともいかなる病巣所見を示すことが多いか，という観点より眼疾患患者におけるTp抗体保有率の検索が多くの人々によりなされてきている。そのためには，まず健康人におけるTp抗体保有率を調べることが必要となつてくる。

Normal subjects (234 cases) and patients with various intraocular diseases (346 cases) were studied as to the toxoplasma serum antibodies. Sabin-Feldman dye test (DT) and Nobuto's he-magglutination test (HA) were employed for all materials and the titer of more than 16X was judged as positive for DT and 256X for HA.

1. The toxoplasma titer was positive in 15.0 % (HA) and in 19.6% (DT) in normal subjects.
