白内障と急性緑内障をきたしたと思われるブドー膜嚢腫の光凝固による治験例

Photocoagulation of Cyst of the Ciliary Body Following Cataract and Glaucoma Surgery

I．緒言

　ブドー膜嚢腫の治療は，従来主として外科的切除が行なわれ，他にelectrolysis, diathermic coagulation，chemicals radiationなどの方法もあわせ試みられてきたが，最近Meyer-Schwickerathの光凝固器が，きわめて有効な武器としてとりあげられている。このたび著者らは，水晶体全摘出と同時に虹彩嵌置を行なつた患者で，硝子体中へ眼底を完全に覆う巨大なブドー膜嚢腫が短期間に発生した症例に遭遇したが，幸い光凝固によつて簡単に治癒をみることができた。本邦においてブドー膜嚢腫に光凝固を用いた報告はまだ少ないので，ここに報告したい。

Iridencleisis and intracapsular lens extraction was conducted on the left eye of a male aged 67 following an acute glaucomatous attack and mature cataract. Two weeks after the opera-tion, a large ciliary body cyst was recognized in the vitreous covering the whole pupillary area. The cyst was treated by light coagula-tion followed by its disappearance 3 days later. No recurrence of the cyst has occurred during the 17-month follow-up period.
