Fluorescein Fundus Photography in Posterior Ocular Lesion

I．緒言

　螢光眼底撮影法は1961年にNovotny＆Alvisにより報告されてより，広く一般的に臨床検査法の一つとして利用され，眼底病変の病理学的な意味づけに重要な地位をしめる様になつた。

　我々の教室に於ても，数百例のCaseに本方法を適用し，その結果の一部は，既に報告して来た。

Fluorescein findings are described in various conditions affecting the optic disc and the macular area in 19 cases.

1. In branch occlusion of the central retinal artery, there was an intense, diffuse backgra-und fluorescence in the occluded area initiat-ing 2 seconds after fluorescence in jection. This diffuse fluorescence, which was observed in 2 cases, is interpreted as due to increasedpermeability and reactive dilatation of retinal vessels in the occluded area.
