I．緒言

　転移性脈絡膜癌については，従来しばしば報告されているが，その原発巣は，大部分が乳癌で，最近これに肺，気管支の癌が増加の傾向を示しているが，甲状腺癌からのものは，極めて稀で，我が国では，小口の1例のみの様である。我々は，甲状腺癌から転移したと思われる脈絡膜癌の1例を経験したので，ここに報告する次第である。

Only a few cases of metastatic choroidalcancer from thyroid gland cancer have been re-ported, although there are already about 300 reports of choroidal metastic cancer from other organs, the breast, the lung, etc.,

The present report shows such a case which is rare.

The patient (male, 36 yrs.), since December 1963, became consious of dyspnea and neck swelling, and on January 18, 1965, he was diagnosed of thyroid gland cancer associated with lung metastasis.

On January 28, 1965, resection of thyroid gland tumor was made, but radical operation was not done because of extensive infiltration of cancer to the surrounding tissues.
