- Abstract 文献概要
我々は，色盲表を使つて，色覚検査を行う場合，その照明によつて，色盲表の各色斑に色ずれが起り，検査成績が変る事はすでに知つている。
今回，私は，演色性の優れた人工光源として開発された，キセノン燈（色温度約6100°K）を使用する機会があつたので，色盲表を使つて，この光源下に於いて色盲検査を行つた。そして，色覚異常者が，天然昼光下に於ける読みと，その光源下に於ける読みと，どの程度の違いが起きるのか比較検討を行つて見た。さらに，Helson-Judd-Warrenの式をもとにして，キセノン燈の演色性を，CIEの色度図の上で検討した。
A comparative study was conducted betw-een the natural daylight and the newly dev-eloped xenon lamp as light source for clinical examination of colour blind persons using conventional pseudoisochromatic plates.
Studies with 55 test subjects with various types of achromatopsia resulted in essentially identical outcomes in these two conditions, confirming the clinical usefulness of xenon light in discrimination of colour defective subjects.
