発作性高血圧を伴ういわゆるKimmelstiel-Wilson氏症候群の1例

A Case of Kimmelstiel-Wilson's Syndrome with Paroxysmal Hypertensive Attacks

I．緒言

　著者らはさきに発作的に変動する高血圧を伴う所謂Kimmelstiel-Wilson氏症候群の1症例について，網膜動脈が比較的短期間のうちに機能的変化から器質的変化に移行した例と見做されることを述べ，その眼底写真を示した^1）。その後，同症例の右眼を摘出し，組織学的に検索する機会を得たのでここに報告する。

Clinical picture and patho-histological find-ings in an enucleated eye of a case of Kim-melstiel-Wilson's Syndrome were dealt with.

1) Case :A 36 year-old female with glucosu-ria, albuminuria and hypertension accompa-nied with strikingly abnormal elevation which occurred paroxysmally for some duration. Nausea, vomiting and anorexia were the cli-nical symptoms at the hypertensive attacks.

2) Of ophthalmological interest was thechange of the retinal arterioles.
