I．緒言

　近年，脳血管撮影法の進歩・普及と共に，従来の神経学的診察法と補助診断法では決定し得なかつた頭蓋内病変の多くが，明確に描出され得る様になつた。その中でも，動脈瘤，血管腫，血管閉塞等の血管自身の病変の診断に於ては，脳血管撮影法は，もはや補助診断法でなく，絶対に欠かす事の出来ない決定的診断法である。

　脳動脈瘤，脳血管腫，脳動静脈瘻，脳動脈閉塞，脳動脈硬化症，脳出血等は，脳血管の器質的ならびに機能的変化を基盤とする疾患群--脳血管障害と一括して呼ばれる--の血管写所見として認められ得るものであり，近年，これら脳血管障害の発見率の上昇，治療法の進歩と共に，眼科領域に於ても，此等に対する深い認識が要求される様になつて来た。

On the basis of about 300 cerebral angio-graphic studies performed on 200 patients, the role of angiography in cerebral vascular lesions in ophthalmological field is discussed and summarized.

1. The role which neuro-ophthalmology plays in cerebral vascular lesions is discussed and outlined.

2. Use and limitations of angiography in cerebral lesions in ophthalmological field are discussed.

3. Out of 200 cases, 16 cases of confirmed cerebral vascular lesions and 2 of suspicious vascular lesions are presented with their typical angiograms.
