グリセリン保存角膜を使用した表層角膜移植術の成績について

Results of lamellar keratoplasty with Glycerin dehydrated cornea

Ⅰ．緒言

　角膜を長期間保存して，角膜移植に使用しようとする試みは古くからあり^{1）2）3）4）5）}，現在種々の方法が用いられている。我々は，昭和36年J．H．King氏が来日されて保存の方法を説明され，保存角膜の寄贈を受けて以来，グリセリンによる角膜保存法を採用しているが，グリセリン保存角膜を使つての角膜移植の例数が大分集まつたので，その手術成績を発表する。尚この成績の中には当教室のグリセリン保存角膜を使用して頂いた慶応大学医学部眼科学教室，名古屋市の杉田眼科病院及び水戸市の小沢眼科病院の成績も含まれている。

The results of 27 cases of lamellar keratop-lasty performed in Juntendo University, Keio University, Sugita Eye Hospital and Kozawa Eye Hospital in the pat three years were reported.

As donor material in lameller Keratoplasty glycerin dehydrated cornea was used. In this series 20 cases (74%) of the transplanted grafts well retained transparency. Three cases (11 %) showed slight opacity and in further two cases perforating keratoplasty had to be ap-plied seven and ten months later respectively with Satisfactory results. Only in one rema-ining case is the cornea cloudy, which is now under observation.
