Ⅰ．症例
第1例坂口，女，76歳初診昭和37年8月27日
病歴：幼少の頃麻疹が目に入りて角膜に溷濁を来したといつている，夜盲はその頃からあつたらしい。視力は以前から悪かつたが4〜5年前から更に増悪して眼前指数程度になつた右眼の方が左眼より多少よい様であるが陽が当るところでは眼前が白くなつて特にみにくく，羞明があるので日傘をさして歩くという。
Retrobulbar injection of vasodilating agent was used for the treatment of degeneratio pigmentosa retinae.
1ml of Imidalin (Yamanouchi, Co.) was re-trobulbarly injected ever two days. 30 injec-tions comprised one course of treatment. The treatment was followed by injections once 7 in to 10 days during several months, observing visual acuity and visual field. After that, the second course of treatment was conducted. The treatment resulted in improvement of visual acuity, visual field and light sense in 8 cases out of 9 typical cases.
