幼児の斜視手術の全麻前処置

Premedication for general anesthesia of baby's squint operation

　過去6カ月にわたり私共はエーテル開放点滴吸入による約10分間の全身麻酔を用いて幼児の斜視手術を約50例やつてきた。

　しかし今までに事故は1例もない。患家が病院から近ければ手術後半時間乃至1時間には帰宅を許し，1日おきに2〜3回通院，そのあとは週1回来院せしめ，患家で10％レギオン水やプリビナの点眼を手術第3日目から3〜4回やらせている。

We are using the premedication for general anesthesia with ether open drop method for children. The following list is the dosis of subctaneous injection, premedication depends on the body weight of baby.

Contomin is a 2cc ampul of 10mg chlor-promazine. Noblon A is a 2cc ampul containing 12.5mg of chlorpromazine, 200mg of pirabitaland 20mg of diphen-hydramin. We inject co-ntomin and noblon A thirty minutes before the operation, then inject atropine five minutes later.
