Abstract 文献概要

　眼科領域に於ける悪性黒色腫は脈絡膜から発生するものが最も多く，結膜や虹彩などから発生するものは比較的稀なものとして一般に報告されている。

　私共は最近3例の悪性黒色腫に遭遇し，腫瘍摘出後病理組織学的に検索し，原発巣は夫々眼瞼結膜，眼瞼縁，虹彩毛様体であることを確かめた。

The authors reported three cases of the malignant melanomas which grew originally from the ocular tissues.

(1) The malignant melanoma of the pal-pebral conjunctiva of 69-year-old-man, which relapsed again and again and finally metas-tasized to the whole body in spite of the radiation therapy and chemotherapy after extirpation of the tumor.

(2) The malignant melanoma of right eye-lid with palpebral conjunctiva of 69-year-old-woman who first received the radioactive therapy, was healed by the extirpation of the tumor followed by the radiation of radio-active Co⁶⁰.
