右側上肺葉摘出手術後生じた急性視力障害の1例

A case of acute blindness after the lobectomy of right upper pulmonary lobe

I．緒言

　最近麻酔学は，新しい使用薬剤の開発に伴い，いちぢるしい進歩をとげた。殊に低体温麻酔の発達は，従来不能であつた手術さえ可能ならしめた。眼科領域に於ても然りである。他方，合併症は稀であるが，全く皆無ではない。著者は，先に外科教室に於て，右肺上野の肺臓癌に対し，フローセン，笑気による全身麻酔の下に，右肺上葉切除が施行された後，急性視力障害をきたした症例に相遇したので，その経過について考按報告する。

A case of 48 years-old male patient, suffe-ring from pulmonary cancer, were operated under general anesthesie; and after the lobe-ctomy, the complate visual loss of both side and, acute gangraen of left hand were seen.

After 3 months treatment using with Kall-krein and Imidarin, the patient regained vision 0.4 both sides, and his visual field were bil-ateral homonymous hemianopsie. The mecha-nismus caused such condition may be anoxia resulting from contraction of posterior cere-bral artery.
