Abstract 文献概要

　網膜中心動脈の血柱の中央に輝く線条反射即ち，所謂網膜動脈反射線は古くから注目されており，之に関する記載は少なくない。殊に動脈反射線は高血圧性眼底所見乃至網膜動脈硬化症の所見として，日常我々の口にするところである。即ち反射線の増強或はその幅の増大という言葉で表現され，その変化の度合により網膜動脈硬化進行程度の判定の一助とされている。しかし，動脈反射線の変化を以て網膜動脈硬化の程度を判定することに対しては異論もあり^1）2）3），検討を要すべきものと考えられる。この意味に於て反射線の計測も意義あるものと考える。一方，網膜血管径の計測的研究は多いにも拘らず，動脈反射線の幅の計測に関する報告は少なく，著者の知る限りでは登坂氏^4）及び鈴木氏^5）の報告をみるのみである。著者は眼底写真を用いて正常眼並に網膜動脈硬化症眼での網膜中心動脈の血管径とその反射線の幅を計測し，いささかの知見を得たので報告する。

The calibre of the retinal arteries and the width of their reflex streaks were measured by means of fundus photograph with colour film. The measuring was made successively with the interval of 1/8 disk diameter from the disk margin along the artery for two diskdiameter.

The results obtained from the measurement on 13 arteries in normal eyes and 49 arteries in arteriosclerotic eyes of essential hypertension are following :

1) The calibre of the arteries becomes small gradually as it parts from the disk margin, with smooth fluctuation in normal eyes and it decrease more rapidly drawing an uneven curve in the arteriosclerotic eyes.
