ジフテリー後の眼筋麻痺に就ては，明治20年松本1）に依り其の第1例が報告されてより現在迄，本邦に於て既に100余例が報告されて居り，其の多岐なる症例に就ても一応詳しく報告され，最近は殆んど其の症例の報告に接しない。又本疾患の統計に就ては従来意外な程報告が少なく，本疾患がかなり屡々見られる疾患であるにも拘らず，荷充分解明されない点がある様に思う。
私は最近相次で本症の2例を経験したのを機会に，本邦に於ける本疾患の統計的観察を試みたので此処に報告し，柳か考察を加えて見たいと思う。
Two cases of the post diphtheric ocular palsy were presented and the statistical study was done.
1) The majority of the post diphtheric ocular palsy were found in the age range from 5 yrs.to 9 yrs. Actually, the age incidence may be high under 5 yrs.old but it is very difficult to discover the ocular palsy in the age under 5 yrs,consequently, the above results must he obtained.
2) Almost all the cases of the post diphtheric ocular palsy were accompanied with the paralysis of accomodation.
