要約　目的：眼圧下降剤2剤併用から，トラボプロスト/チモロールマレイン酸塩点眼液（デュオトラバ^®）への変更効果の報告。対象と方法：内眼手術の既往がなく，眼圧下降剤2剤併用中の原発開放隅角緑内障（狭義）（POAG）19例，正常眼圧緑内障（NTG）29例の計89眼を対象に，デュオトラバ^®への変更を行った。変更後3か月までの平均眼圧と眼局所副作用および，角膜上皮障害の評価を検討した。結果：POAG，NTGにかかわらず，またプロスタグランジン製剤，β遮断薬の種類にかかわらず，点眼剤変更前後にて有意な眼圧変動はなかった。副作用では，眼圧上昇を2例に，眼瞼腫脹と眼痛を1例ずつ認めた。角膜上皮障害を有する症例の50％において改善を認めた。結論：短期間の検討で，2剤併用からデュオトラバ^®へ変更は，眼圧下降効果において同等であった。角膜上皮障害は改善した。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of switching from two topical instillations to a fixed combination of timolol and travoprost in glaucoma patients. Cases and Method：This prospective study was made on 89 eyes of 48 patients with primary open-angle or normal-tension glaucoma who were being treated by two topical medications. Treatment was changed to a fixed combination of 0.04％ timolol and 0.004％ travoprost. Patients were followed up for 3 months after switching. Results：There was no significant change in intraocular pressure（IOP）regardless of the type of glaucoma or of previous medications. Complications included elevated IOP 2 eyes,swelling of eyelids 1 case and ocular pain 1 eye. Previous keratopathy improved in 50％ of cases. Conclusion：Switching to a fixed combination of timolol and travoprost showed no changes in IOP and occasional improvement of keratopathy.
