要約 目的：前頭洞または前篩骨洞囊胞で視力が低下し，手術で寛解した2症例の報告。症例：症例は56歳と63歳女性で，主訴は1例では1か月前からの眼瞼腫脹と眼球偏位，他の1例では1週間前からの眼瞼腫脹と眼瞼突出であった。いずれも片側性で，患眼の矯正視力はそれぞれ0.4と0.5であった。両症例とも黄斑部に及ぶ網脈絡膜皺襞があった。頭部CTで1例には前頭洞囊胞，他の1例には前篩骨洞囊胞があり，手術が行われた。術後視力はそれぞれ1.2と0.6で，第2例には眼底に鮮明な皺襞痕が残った。結論：前頭洞または前篩骨洞囊胞による圧迫で網脈絡膜皺襞が強い場合には，皺襞が残存し視力の改善が不完全なことがあり，早期診断と早期手術が望ましい。
Abstract. Purpose：To report 2 cases of frontal or anterior ethmoidal cyst with chorioretinal folds and impaired visual acuity that improved after surgery. Cases：Both were females aged 56 and 63 years respectively. Both were unilaterally affected. Chief complaints comprised eyelid swelling and deviation of the eye since one month in one case and proptosis and eyelid swelling for one week in the other. Corrected visual acuity was 0.4 and 0.5 respectively. Both cases showed chorioretinal folds involving the macula. Computed tomography showed frontal cyst in one case and anterior ethmoidal cyst in the other. Visual acuity improved to 1.2 and 0.6 respectively after surgery. The second case showed persistent retinochoroidal folds. Conclusion：These cases illustrate the importance of early detection and surgery in cases of paraorbital cyst with chorioretinal folds and impaired visual acuity.
