要約　目的：網膜海綿状血管腫の症例に行った光干渉断層計による所見の報告。症例：63歳男性が健康診断で右眼の眼底異常を指摘されて受診した。所見：両眼とも遠視で，矯正視力は左右とも1.5であった。右眼には眼底の上耳側に灰白色膜があり，多数の毛細血管瘤を伴っていた。蛍光眼底造影で病変部の色素流入は遅延し，フルオレセインの漏出はなかった。光干渉断層計では病変部の網膜が肥厚し，表面は不整で，内部に管腔様の空隙があった。磁気共鳴画像検査（MRI）で，右側頭葉に陳旧性の小出血があり，頭蓋内海綿状血管腫が疑われた。結論：網膜の海綿状血管腫と思われる症例に光干渉断層計検査を行い，網膜内部の三次元構造を解析でき，診断に有用な所見が得られた。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of presumed cavernous hemangioma of the retina examined by optical coherence tomography（OCT）. Case：A 63-year-old man presented with abnormality of the retina detected during a routine health check. Findings：Both eyes were hyperopic. Corrected visual acuity was 1.5 in either eye. The right fundus showed a gray membrane with numerous microaneurysms in the superior temporal sector. Fluorescein angiography showed delayed dye inflow and no extravasation. OCT showed thickened retina with irregular surface and vacuoles in the stroma. Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）showed findings suggestive of intracranial cavernous hemangioma. The fundus lesion was diagnosed with cavernous hemangioma of the retina. Conclusion：OCT was useful in elucidating 3-dimensional structure of the retina and in the diagnosis.
