要約　背景：結膜上皮内癌は手術を含め，有効な治療が困難である。目的：5フルオウラシル点眼が奏効した2症例の報告。症例：1例は73歳男性で，右眼の充血で受診した。2年前に右眼の結膜腫瘍の切除を受けている。右球結膜に膠様の隆起性病変があり，1％ 5フルオロウラシル液を1日4回点眼した。2週間で隆起性病変はほぼ消失した。他の1例は30歳女性で，アレルギー性結膜炎の治療中に右球結膜と角膜輪部に隆起性病変が生じた。5フルオロウラシル液を1日4回点眼し，2週間後にほぼ治癒した。2症例とも生検で結膜上皮内癌と診断された。点眼による副作用はなかった。結論：広範囲の結膜上皮内癌に対し，5フルオロウラシル液点眼が治療の第一選択となる可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the effect of 5-fluorouracil ophthalmic solution in 2 cases of conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia. Cases：A 73-year-old male presented with hyperemia of right eye. He had received excision of conjunctival tumor 2 years before. His right bulbar conjunctiva showed a gelatinous elevated lesion. It almost disappeared after 2 weeks of instillation of 1％ 5-fluorouracil solution 4 times daily. Another 30-year-old female presented with elevated lesion in the right conjunctiva and around the limbus after treatment for allergic conjunctivitis. Instillation of 1％ 5-fluorouracil ophthalmic solution 4 times daily resulted in remission 2 weeks later. Both cases were diagnosed with conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia by biopsy. There has been no complication due to treatment throughout. Conclusion：Instillation of 5-fluorouracil solution can be the first choice in the treatment of conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia.
