要約　目的：角結膜上皮内癌に対する5フルオロウラシルのパルス点眼で加療した2症例の報告と，治療プロトコールの呈示。症例と方法：角結膜上皮内癌と診断された2例を治療した。73歳男性と81歳女性で，いずれも片眼性であった。病理学的診断は，それぞれsevere dysplasia, carcinoma in situであった。5フルオロウラシルによる治療は，0.5％点眼で安全性を確認した後，1％に増量した。点眼は1日4回で4日間続けた後に1か月休薬し，これを1クールとして6クールを予定した。結果：2症例とも，上記の方法による治療で顕著な改善が得られた。角膜障害はなかった。結論：角結膜上皮内癌に対する1％ 5フルオロウラシルのパルス点眼療法は，有効かつ安全であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report 2 cases of conjunctival and corneal intraepithelial neoplasia treated by topical 5-fluorouracil and to propose the therapeutic regimen for this entity. Cases and Method：We treated 2 cases of conjunctival and corneal intraepithelial neoplasia. One was a male aged 73 years and another was a female aged 81 years. Both were unilaterally affected. They were diagnosed, by biopsy, with severe dysplasia and carcinoma in situ respectively. After trial period with 0.5％ 5-fluorouracil, the dosis was changed to 1.0％, to be administered 4 times daily for 4 consecutive days. Treatment was repeated 6 times after an interval of one month each. Results：The lesion improved remarkably in both cases. Side effect to the cornea was consistently absent. Conclusion：Pulsed treatment with topical 5-fluorouracil is safe and effective for conjunctival and corneal intraepithelial neoplasia.
