網膜剝離を伴う脈絡膜血管腫2例に経瞳孔温熱療法が奏効した。症例1は54歳男性で，右眼に胞状の漿液性網膜剝離があった。経強膜的に網膜下液を排液した翌日に胞状剝離が消失し，黄斑部耳側に7乳頭径大の脈絡膜血管腫が発見された。経瞳孔温熱療法を行い，2か月後に表面に色素沈着を伴う血管腫の瘢痕化が得られた。視力は手動弁から0.01に改善した。症例2は77歳男性で，右眼の乳頭上方に4乳頭径大の脈絡膜血管腫があり，網膜剝離が黄斑に及んでいた。経瞳孔温熱療法を行い，3週間後に表面に色素沈着を伴う血管腫の瘢痕化が得られ網膜剝離は消退した。視力は0.08から0.4に改善した。

We performed transpupillary thermotherapy（TTT）on 2 eyes of choroidal hemangioma. A 54-year-old male presented with bullous retinal detachment in his right eye. After drainage of subretinal fluid, a choroidal hemangioma was found temporal of the macula. It was 7 disc diameters（DD）in size. TTT Induced pigmented scarring of hemangioma 2 months later. Visual acuity improved from hand motion to 0.01. Another 77-year-old male presented with choroidal hemangioma superior of the disc in the right eye. It was 4DD in size. Serous retinal detachment extended to the macula. TTT induced pigmented scarring of hemangioma with resolution of retinal detachment 3 weeks later. Visual acuity improved from 0.08 to 0.4.
