要約　網膜静脈閉塞症87例について血液性状を検索した。網膜中心静脈閉塞症52例と網膜静脈分枝閉塞症35例，静脈閉塞は虚血型46例，非虚血型41例であり，年齢は42～91（平均67）歳であった。血液性状は，網膜中心静脈閉塞症と網膜静脈分枝閉塞症，虚血型と非虚血型とで差はなかった。経過中に網膜静脈閉塞症が非虚血型から虚血型に移行した13例では，移行しなかった28例に比べてアンチトロンビンIIIが有意に低かった。凝固に関係する血液性状の変化が網膜静脈閉塞症の経過にある程度影響する可能性がある。

Abstract.　We evaluated the hematological features in 87 cases of retinal vein occlusion. The series comprised central retinal vein occlusion 52 cases and branch occlusion 35 cases. Retinal vein occlusion was ischemic in 46 cases and nonischemic in 41 cases. The age of patients ranged from 42 to 91 years,average 67 years. There was no difference in the hematological findings between central and branch vein occlusion nor between ischemic and nonischemic occlusion. Out of 41 cases of initially nonischemic occlusion,13 cases became ischemic during the course of the disease. AntithrombinIIIlevel was significantly lower in these 13 cases than the other 28 cases. The course of retinal vein occlusion may be influenced by changes in the blood state associated with coagulability.
