要約　目的：特発性傍中心窩毛細血管拡張症4例の報告。症例：症例は62歳男性と，53歳，63歳，76歳女性である。いずれも片眼発症で，主訴は視力低下または変視症であった。1例はGass分類1Aで，光凝固を行い3年後に視力が0.3から0.6に改善した。他の3例は同じ分類2Aで，視力は0.5～0.9であり，いずれも無治療で0.8～1.0に改善した。結論：本症に対する光凝固は，症例を選び，過剰凝固を避けて行う必要がある。2Aの軽症例では自然寛解が期待できる。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report four cases of idiopathic juxtafoveolar retinal telangiectasia. Cases：The present series comprised a 62-year-old male and 3 females aged 53,63 and 76 years respectively. All were unilaterally involved. The chief complaint was either decreased visual acuity or metamorphopsia. One case was classified as 1A after Gass. Three sessions of photocoagulation resulted in improved visual acuity from 0.3 to 0.6 3 years later. The other 3 cases were classified as 2A. Their initial visual acuity of 0.5 to 0.9 spontaneously improved to 0.8 to 1.0 later. Conclusion：Photocoagulation should be applied to selected cases,avoiding a surfeit of coagulation. Spontaneous recovery is a possibility in mild cases belonging to stage 2A.
