目的：脱臼した眼内レンズ（以下，IOL）を再び毛様溝に縫着する眼内リサイクル法の変法と，viscoadaptive粘弾性物質を用いて脱臼IOLを捕獲する方法の記述。方法：硝子体切除の後，後極部網膜にviscoadaptive粘弾性物質を塗布し，その上に脱臼したIOLを新雪に小枝を立てるようにフックで移動して仮固定し，持ち替えた硝子体鉗子で捕獲する。角膜創より眼外にIOL支持部のみを出し，眼外で縫合糸を結紮し眼内に戻し毛様溝に縫着する。IOLが脱臼した6眼を以上の手技で治療した。結果：本法は従来法よりも簡便だが，ヒンジが曲がった症例と，1ピースのアクリルIOLの症例でIOLが傾斜して固定された。結論：本法は容易な眼内リサイクル法であるが，適応を選択することが必要である。

Purpose：To describe a technique to reposition the dislocated intraocular lens（IOL）without extraction and to harbor the dislocated IOL onto a viscoadaptive viscoelastic agent for its secure retrieval.　Methods：After pars plana vitrectomy,a viscoadaptive viscoelastic material is applied onto the retina,to which the dislocated IOL is brought and placed in an upright position. The IOL is then seized by vitreous forceps. The haptic is made to protrude through a corneal wound,sutured,and returned into the eye to be sulcus-fixated. This method was applied to six eyes of dislocated IOL.　Results：This technique was easy to manipulate. As minor accident,the IOL was repositioned with tilting in a case of preexisiting damaged IOL hinge and in another case of one-piece acrylic IOL. Conclusion：The present technique is recommended for indicated cases of dislocated IOL.
