　寛骨臼回転骨切り術後に人工股関節全置換術を要した8関節を対象にJOAスコア，X線およびCT所見，術中所見について調査した．JOAスコアは術前平均37点が調査時平均82点に改善したが，可動域制限は残存した．寛骨臼前方に骨棘が存在した例が多く，大腿骨との骨性インピンジメントを認め骨棘切除を要した．一部では寛骨臼の前壁が欠損している例も存在した．臼蓋コンポーネントを適切な位置に設置するためには，CTでの術前計画が有用である．寛骨臼骨棘の適切な切除が重要である．

　We report eight cases of total hip arthroplasty after earlier rotational acetabular osteotomy.　All of the patients were women, and their mean age at the time of the total hip arthroplasty was 55 years old (range：51～61 years old).　The mean duration of follow-up was 4.5 years.　Clinical, radiological, and intraoperative evaluations were performed.　All patients had a good clinical JOA score at the most recent follow-up but their range of motion of the hip was poor.　CT images can supply useful information regarding good acetabular cup orientation, and proper resection of acetabular osteophytes is necessary.
