Abstract 文献概要

　健常者から様々なニューロパチー患者までを含む106名を対象として，第1背側骨間筋（FDI）・小指外転筋（ADQ）・母指内転筋（AP）へのMartin-Gruber（MG）吻合の頻度について検討した。本検討では，それぞれの複合筋活動電位（CMAP）振幅が正中神経手関節刺激より肘部刺激で増大し，この増大分が尺骨神経手関節刺激に比べて肘上部刺激で減少する場合に，当該筋に対するMG吻合ありと判断した。MG吻合は，FDIで25％，ADQで11％，APで10％の被検者にみられた。3筋すべてに対してMG吻合がみられたのは，8名（8％）であった。FDIに対するMG吻合を有する例では，第2〜第4骨間筋に対するMG吻合もみられた。本法では，小さなMG吻合の存在は見逃されている可能性をもつが，神経伝導検査上問題となりうる頻度を的確に示したデータと考えられる。

Prevalence of median to ulnar anastomosis in the forearm (Martin-Gruber anastomosis ; MGA) to the first dorsal interosseous (FDI) , abductor digiti quinti (ADO) and adductor pollicis (AP) was investigated. Subjects contained 106 patients with normal nerve conduction or patients with various neuropathies. Re-cording electrodes were placed on the motor point of FDI, ADQ and AP. Supramaximal stimulations were given to the median and ulnar nerves at the wrist or above the elbow.
