　正常者から様々なニューロパチー患者までを含む122名につき，①医師と②検査技師とがそれぞれ，正中神経の運動神経伝導検査と正中・尺骨神経の感覚神経伝導検査を行った。両者の測定平均値に有意差がみられなかった項目は，正中神経のF波潜時および正中・尺骨神経の感覚神経伝導速度のみであった。①と②の相関は，運動遠位潜時とF波潜時で良好であった。同一被検者に関する2検者の測定値のバラつきは，とくに振幅項目で目立った。差の標準偏差は，最も大きい感覚神経活動電位振幅で平均値の40％を超えた。刺激点および記録電極位置の違い，不十分な刺激強度や強刺激に伴う他神経への刺激の波及，アーチファクトの混入が，不適切な結果を招く原因となった。とくに尺骨神経の感覚神経伝導検査では，運動アーチファクトの影響を受けずに最大上刺激を行うことがポイントとなった。測定誤差の現況を報告し，正確な検査を行う一層の努力が必要なことを述べた。

A total of 122 patients were performed motor and sensory nerve conduction studies of the upper limb by two examiners (①doctor, ②medical technician) to know the inter-examiner reliability of nerve conduc-tion measurements. Subjects contained normal indi-viduals and various types of neuropathy patients. Mo-tor nerve conduction studies were carried out in the median nerve, and antidromic sensory nerve conduc-tion studies were performed in the median and ulnar nerves.
