　1951年Fincherが外傷性のmiddle meningeal arteryとgreater petrosal sinusのfistulaを報告していらい外頸動脈と頭蓋内静脈洞瘻の報告が数多くみられるようになつたが，非外傷性外頸動脈—横静脈洞瘻は報告例が比較的少ないのでここに最近経験した2例を報告する。

Two cases with non-traumatic arteriosinusal fi-stulae between the external carotid artery and the transversus sinus have been reported.

Case 1 Male Age 51

The branches from the left external carotid artery and the branches from the left vertebral artery entered the bilateral transversus sinuses. Myocardial infarction and the right internal carotid occlusion were found finally.

Case 2 Female Age 48

She was suspected of the space taking lesion intracranially. Arteriosinusal fistula between the external carotid artery and the transversus sinus was shown angiographically. Based on cases of arteriosinusal fistulae found in the literature, the clinical findings and development of fistula were discussed.
