　脳血管撮影上椎骨動脈窓形成の2症例を経験したので報告した。1例は頭蓋内に他の1例は頭蓋外にそれぞれ窓形成を認めた。

　文献的考察をも加えた。将来血管写の普及につれもつと多く経験されるものと思われる。

Two cases with fenestration of the vertebral artery demonstrated angiographically have been reported.

In the first case, an 8-year-old girl with a fourthventricle tumor had an extracranial fenestration of the left vertebral artery, which was shown by the left retrograde brachial angiography.

In the second, a 24-year-old woman who was admitted because of traffic accident had an intra-cranial fenestration of the left vertebral artery.

Based on 31 cases of fenestration of the vertebral artery found from the literature, development of fenestration and angiographic and autoptic demon-strations were briefly discussed.
