放射性同位元素P32の神經内攝取要因について

Some factors influencing upon the penetration of P.32 into nervous tissue

　神經活動とその物質代謝との間の關係を究明するために最近放射性同位元素が用いられるようになつた。

　DziewiatokowskiとBodian^1）は猿の神經組織において再生時及び變性時P³²攝取が正常時にくらべ，どのように變化するかを研究した。Korey^2）はN¹⁵でマークされたヂランチン及びメサントインがヤリイカの巨大神經の中に入つてゆく量と，その活動電壓の變化との間の關係をしらべた。我々は燐酸が神經組織に移行するメカニズムを明らかにするため，P³²をめじるしとして次の實驗を行つた。實驗は1951年6月から1952年1月にわたつて行つたものである。

The penetration of P³² into the nervous tissue (sciatic nerve and brachial plexus of Rana pipiense or Bufo vulgaris japonica) was studied and the result may be summarized as follows.

1) The intensity (penetration quantity) in-creases within three hours along with the passing of time.

2) The uptake of P³² by nerves has been studied at temperatures ranging from -2℃ to 35℃. In accordance with Arrhenius equa-tion, the activation energy of the transfer pro-cess, μ is about 8500 calories in expriment and 5060 calories in experiment Ⅱ. The ma-gnitude of this value indicates that the trans-fer process is physical rather than chemical in nature.

3) By addition of various drugs the penet ration was almost inhibited.

4) The uptake of P³² by the trichlor acetic acid soluble portion of nerve is much greater than that by the insoluble portion.

5) The transferring of P³² seems to take place by diffusion.
