放射性同位元素P32による血管腫の治療

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF EXTERNAL APPLICATION OF P32 FOR HEMANGIOMA

はじめに

　放射性同位元素の医学的分野における応用については近年殊にめざましいものがあり，診断あるいは治療の各方面にわたり逐年広汎な研究業績が積み重ねられつつある。われわれの教室においても昭和31年8月より放射性同位元素P³²，Y⁹¹，Co⁶⁰を，主として皮膚疾患の治療に応用し既に相当数の経験例を得た。今回はそのうち血管腫に対するP³²の応用について，治療成績を中心に述べて置きたい。

166 patients of angioma were treated withthe external application of P³².The authorirradiated both a.simplex and a.cavernosum530-1200 μch/cm² with the interval of 3-4months.In the cases of a. simplex 65%, a.cavernosum 81.4% were effective. The children till 3 years old are more effectve. Asthe standpoint of collateral effects, the au-thor thinks the much irradiation (over 6 times)must be avoided.
