抄録　双極性障害(BD)の再発予測因子のひとつにperceived criticism(PC)がある。PCは重要な他者との批判を介した関係性の認識を反映する概念で，BDの症状の悪化と関連する。本研究の目的は，症状寛解のみならず機能も回復した双極性障害患者で，PCが6か月後の抑うつ症状および躁症状に与える縦断的な影響を検討することである。調査の初回回答時に抑うつ症状，躁症状，生活機能の障害がすべて寛解状態のBD患者14名を対象に相関分析を行った結果，PCと6か月後の抑うつ症状との正の相関が示された(ρ＝.61〜.67, p＜.01〜.05)。以上から，抑うつ症状，躁症状，生活機能の障害が回復している患者でもPCが強い患者は6か月後の抑うつ症状悪化のリスクを有すると考えられる。

　Perceived criticism(PC)is one of the predictors of relapse of bipolar disorder(BD). PC is a concept that reflects the perception of relationships through criticism between respondents and significant others. PC has been shown to be related to worsening of symptoms in BD patient. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of PC on depressive and manic symptoms after 6 months among BD patients with symptomatic remission and functional recovery. Among those who responded to the questionnaire at the first time and 6 months later, a correlation analysis was performed on 14 BD patients whose depressive and manic symptoms and social impairment was remitted. As a result, PC was shown to be associated with depressive symptoms after 6 months(ρ＝.61〜.67, p＜.01〜.05). The results of this study suggest that, even if depressive and manic symptoms, social impairment are remitted, PC strength can be a predictor of worsening of depressive symptoms 6 months later.
