心機図による虚血性心疾患の評価—冠動脈・左室造影所見との対比

Clinical usefulness of systolic time intervals and A-wave ratio in coronary artery disease:Correlation with coronary angiographic and left ventriculographic findings

　冠動脈疾患の重症度を判定することは，患者の治療や予後を評価する上で大切である。そのためには冠動脈・左室造影が必須であるが，bed-sideで非観血的に本症の重症度を把握できる方法があれば日常臨床上非常に有用と思われる。心機図法は非観血的な心機能評価法の一つとして広く使用されている。

　今回，冠動脈疾患例を対象として，心機図上から得られた各Parameterと冠動脈・左室造影から得られた所見とを対比することにより両者がどの程度の関連を有するか，さらに心機図上の各parameterから冠動脈疾患の重症度をどの程度予測できるか検討した。

In order to evaluate the clinical significance of left ventricular systolic time interval (STI) and A wave ratio, 70 cases of coronary artery disease were studied by coronary arteriography and left ven-triculography.

1. The Ill vessel disease group had a signifi-cantly longer preelection period (PEP), smaller ET/PEP ratio than the other vessel disease group.

2. The similiar findings were obtained in group with asyncrgy as compared to group with normal left ventricular wall motion.

3. The group with old myocardial infarction had a longer PEP, smaller ET/PEP ratio than the group with angina pectoris, but not significant.
