目的

　Cardioselectiveでlong activeのβ—blockerとして知られたPractololが乾癬様皮膚発疹，腹膜炎や眼症状等^1,2）の副作用から使用されなくなった今日，同じlongactive　β—blockerであり構造式の類似しているAcebutololをとりあげ，この抗不整脈作用と血中濃度を測定して，Acebutololの抗不整脈Spectrumを有効血中濃度の面より検討して，臨床応用の方法について言及を試みた。この際著者のLidocaineやPractololについて行った方法を本研究についても適用した^3〜6）。

Viewing the most effectiveness for the clinical application of Acebutolol which is the recently developed long acting beta blocker on the aspect of arrhythmia, the oral administration of Acebutolol with daily doses of 600 mg has been proceeded for four weeks without any combination of the other antiarrhythmics for 50 cases holding the various origins and extents of arrhythmias which had been appeared maximally within the last six months.
