A 65 year-old man visited our Center with no particular complaint. Past history and family history showed no problems concerning the present disease. The patient was anxious about cancer because of his age, and, luckily, type Ⅱb cancer established by endoscopy, not by x-ray.
There are two important factors which arise from this particular case:
(1) no level difference
(2) high position in the stomach.
