　A 35 year-old woman was admitted to Kitasato University Hospital with a chief complaint of postprandial abdominal discomfort.

　Radiographic and endoscopic examination revealed an irregular and shallow depressed lesion within the converging folds on the anterior wall of the gastric antrum. This lesion was surrounded by the coarse areae gastricae，and small granules were seen within the depression. The diagnosis of Ⅱc type early cancer was made.
