要旨●Crohn病（CD）は発症年齢が若く，再燃と寛解を繰り返し腸管に慢性炎症を起こす難治性腸疾患である．CD患者における腸管腫瘍の発生はまれであるが，一般人より若年発症であることや腫瘍の進行度により術後の生存率が低くなることから，早期診断が求められている．リスク因子として罹病期間が長いことや肛門病変の合併などが報告されているが，確立したサーベイランス方法がなく，早期診断が難しいのが現状である．本稿では，最近の知見をもとにCD関連腸管腫瘍の画像診断の現状と課題について概説する．

　Crohn's disease（CD）is a refractory gastrointestinal disorder that is characterized by a young-age onset, chronic intestinal inflammation, and recurrent flare-ups followed by remissions. Although intestinal tumors are rare in patients with CD, the younger age of onset and tumor progression can lead to lower postoperative survival rates compared to the general population, highlighting the need for early diagnosis. Risk factors, such as prolonged disease duration and anorectal lesions, have been reported. However, no established surveillance method exists, making early diagnosis challenging. This article provides an overview of the current status and challenges in the imaging diagnosis of CD-associated intestinal tumors based on recent reports.
