要約　目的：活動性のある未熟児網膜症に対する治療の1つとして，網膜光凝固術がある。当院で網膜光凝固術を施行した患者の視力予後について検討したので報告する。

対象と方法：2011年1月〜2018年12月に青森県立中央病院眼科で網膜光凝固術を施行した患者のうち，5歳以上の時点で診察できた15例を対象とし，矯正視力と併せ，網膜症の進行リスクや合併症などについても遡及的に検討した。

結果：網膜光凝固術を施行したときの修正週数は32〜38週（平均34.8週）であった。その後の矯正視力（15例30眼）は0.2〜1.5であり，うち8割以上が矯正視力0.7以上であった。15例はそれぞれ酸素投与歴や動脈管開存症，輸血歴などの進行リスクを有していた。また，合併症としては近視を6例，外斜視を4例認め，黄斑偏位はなかった。

結論：当院で網膜光凝固術を施行した時期やその後の視力予後については，全国的な報告と相違なかった。進行リスクや合併症の有無にかかわらず，矯正視力は8割以上で0.7以上と比較的良好であった。

Abstract　Purpose：Retinal photocoagulation is a treatment option for active retinopathy of prematurity. We investigated the visual outcomes of patients who underwent retinal photocoagulation at our hospital.

Subjects and Methods：A total of 15 patients who underwent retinal photocoagulation at our hospital between January 2011 and December 2018 and were examined at the age of≧5 years were included. Visual acuity, the risk of retinopathy progression, and treatment-associated complications were retrospectively assessed.

Results：Retinal photocoagulation was performed for 32-38 weeks（mean：34.8 weeks）. Visual acuity was 0.2-1.5 in 30 eyes of 15 patients, with more than 80％ achieving≧0.7. All patients had at least one risk factor for retinopathy progression, including oxygen use, patent ductus arteriosus, or blood transfusion. Complications included myopia in six patients and exotropia in four patients. No macular deviation was observed.

Conclusion：The timing of retinal photocoagulation at our hospital and the resulting visual outcomes were similar to those reported nationwide. Visual acuity was relatively favorable（80％ or better and 0.7 or better）, regardless of the risk of retinopathy progression or complications.
