Erythema on the face, auricles, hands, and feet that worsens in winter and has a variety of clinical features -chilblain lupus erythematosus-

・冬と春に悪化する皮疹を認めた．

・臨床像が多彩で，凍瘡様ループス，多形紅斑，水疱性エリテマトーデス，円板状エリテマトーデス，凍瘡，凍瘡様紅斑，びまん浸潤型サルコイドーシス（lupus pernio Besnier）との鑑別を要した．
