　ネコの主要アレルゲンFel d 1を特異的に定量するELISAシステムを確立した。Fel d 1の測定範囲は，100～6,400 pg/mLであり，測定内および測定間変動係数は，それぞれ1.5～2.8％および0.9～3.0％であった。さらに，開発したELISAシステムは，Fel d 1に対して特異性を示した。また，室内塵サンプル中のFel d 1量を測定し，本ELISAシステムの有効性を示した。本システムは，ネコアレルギー発症予防や対策を目的とした，実空間の室内塵中のアレルゲン量の把握のみならず，アレルゲン低減化デバイスの研究といったあらゆる方面で活用できるであろう。

　In order to specifically quantify the major Felis domesticus allergen, Fel d 1, we established an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）system. The working range of the established ELISA system for Fel d 1 was 100 to 6,400 pg/mL. The intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation for reproducibility were 1.5 to 2.8％ and 0.9 to 3.0％, respectively. Moreover, the ELISA system showed no cross-reactivity against dog and dust mite allergens. We showed the practicality of the established ELISA system to measure Fel d 1 levels in the house dust samples. The established ELISA system would be useful not only for the measurement of Fel d 1 in the house dust samples for the prevention of appearance of cat allergic symptoms but also for various studies including industrial devices to reduce cat allergen level.
