放射線治療分野におけるAI利用の現状

Current status of AI in radiotherapy

放射線治療の多くのプロセスは医用画像を用いるため，AIとの相性が良く，現在，様々な放射線治療プロセスでAIの活用が積極的に研究されている。すでに，一部の機能については臨床で利用されている。本稿では，これからの放射線治療AIとして臨床利用が期待されているものや，すでに商用利用されているものの活用方法について現状を解説したい。

In various radiotherapy processes, AI is currently being actively researched. Some functions are already used in clinical practice. In this article, I will explain the current status of how AI is used clinically, especially for three main topics：1. Tumor and risk organ contour delineation, 2. Treatment plan creation, 3. Quality assurance.
