Current status of AI in radiotherapy：an update

放射線治療の多くのプロセスは医用画像を用いるため，AIとの相性がよく，現在，様々な放射線治療プロセスでAIの活用が積極的に研究されており，一部の機能についてはすでに臨床で利用されている。本稿では，これからの放射線治療AIの活用方法について現状を解説したい。

In various radiotherapy processes, AI is currently being actively researched. Some functions are already used in clinical practice. In this article, I will explain the current status and future outlook of how AI is used clinically, especially for four main topics：1. Tumor and risk organ contour delineation, 2. Treatment plan creation, 3. Quality assurance, and 4. CT-MR conversion.
