まだら脂肪肝様の画像所見を呈した乳癌のびまん性肝浸潤

Diffuse liver infiltration by breast cancer with mottled fatty liver–like imaging findings

肝臓は悪性腫瘍の主な転移部位の1つであるが，まれに肝実質にびまん性に腫瘍が浸潤し，腫瘤を形成しない場合がある。この場合，画像診断が難しく，また急速に肝不全に陥るため，予後不良な病態である。今回我々は，CTでまだら脂肪肝に類似した所見を呈した乳癌のびまん性肝浸潤の1例を経験したので報告する。

The liver is one of the main metastatic sites of malignancy, but in rare cases the tumor may diffusely invade the liver parenchyma and not form a mass. Diagnosis is difficult because the liver may appear normal or resemble acute liver injury, including drug–induced on imaging studies. It is a condition that requires attention because of its rapid progression and possible death. We report here a case of diffuse liver infiltration by breast cancer with mottled fatty liver–like imaging findings.
