子宮頸部胃型腺癌は胃型形質の発現を特徴とする子宮頸部腺癌の組織型の1つで，予後不良と報告されている。今回，ポリープ状の形態を呈したまれな子宮頸部胃型腺癌の1例を経験したので，病理所見および文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 47-year-old woman appeared with an intravaginal mass. On MRI, it presented as a polypoid mass including multiple cysts. Solid portions with diffusion restriction were not observed. Pathological diagnosis was gastric-type adenocarcinoma. Gastric-type adenocarcinoma with a polypoid architecture is rare and this case is speculated to arise from adenomyoma of the uterine cervix.
