上肢に発生した骨化性線維粘液性腫瘍の1例

A case of ossifying fibromyxoid tumor of upper limb

骨化性線維粘液性腫瘍（ossifying fibromyxoid tumor）は1989年にEnzingerら^1）によって初めて報告されたまれな軟部腫瘍であり，画像的な特徴は不明な点も多い。今回我々は診断に苦慮した骨化性線維粘液性腫瘍の1例を経験したので，文献的考察とともに報告する。

A 46-year-old man presented with painless subcutaneous mass for 2 years. CT and MRI revealed a mass with calcifications in subcutaneous tissue of the right upper arm. After gross total resection, the tumor was diagnosed as ossifying fibromyxoid tumor. We think it is difficult to distinguish ossifying fibromyxoid tumor from other subcutaneous tumors.
