腹部悪性腫瘍術後に生じ，術後再発との鑑別を要したデスモイド腫瘍の2例

Two cases of desmoid tumor of postoperative abdominal malignancy

デスモイド腫瘍は組織学的には良性腫瘍とされるが，時に浸潤性発育や局所再発を示し，良悪性境界腫瘍に位置づけられているまれな疾患である，今回，我々は腹部悪性腫瘍術後に発生し，術後再発との鑑別を要したデスモイド腫瘍の2例を経験したので報告する。

Desmoid tumor is a rare tumor that has no metastases potential, but occasionally shows invasive growth. Desmoid tumor can occur after surgery for abdominal malignancy, and it may be difficult to differentiate between the desmoid tumor and disease recurrence or metastases. We report the two cases of desmoid tumor of postoperative abdominal malignancy. FDG-PET can be a good useful tool to differentiate them.
