術後早期に遠隔転移を認めた表在性膀胱小細胞癌の2例

Two cases of superficial small cell bladder carcinoma patients who developed distant metastases after primary treatment

膀胱小細胞癌は膀胱原発の悪性腫瘍のうち0.48～1％を占める^1）まれな組織型で他の組織型と比較し予後不良あることが知られている^2）。今回，術前MRIにて早期癌が疑われ，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術で根治性が期待されるも，後に多臓器転移を認めた2例を経験したので報告する。

Small cell bladder carcinoma is rare, accounting for 0.48％ to 1％ of all bladder malignancies. Because of its rapid progression, it is rarely detected as superficial bladder cancer. We encountered two cases of small cell bladder carcinoma that were diagnosed and treated completely at an early stage. However, multiple metastases occurred in the early postoperative period. Frequent systemic radiological examination following treatment of small cell bladder carcinoma is important.
