二次性に卵巣広汎性浮腫を呈した胃癌卵巣転移の1例

A case of massive ovarian edema secondary to ovarian metastasis from gastric carcinoma

卵巣広汎性浮腫（massive ovarian edema：MOE）は，種々の原因により卵巣間質の浮腫をきたすまれな疾患である。また，MOEの原因は不完全な捻転やホルモン異常が多く，転移性卵巣腫瘍による発生はまれである。

A 30-year-old woman presented with right ovarian mass. MRI showed an enlarged right ovary with massive ovarian edema（MOE）. Three months later, both ovaries increased in size. Following bilateral adnexectomy, histological diagnosis confirmed ovarian metastasis from an adenocarcinoma. Gastric carcinoma was later revealed to be the primary lesion. While MOE secondary to ovarian metastasis is very rare, it should be considered especially in bilateral cases presenting constant growth over time.
